2025 Coven Cat Walk

In October 2025 we held the second annual Colonial Heights Coven Catwalk to celebrate the cats who live, work, and play in our community. Neighbors and friends of Colonial Heights were invited to join a walking tour of the neighborhood to visit, appreciate, and celebrate our feline companions.

Participants were encouraged to dress up as cats, withces, or cat-witches to celebrate the spooky season. (No dogs allowed.) Kitty whisker face painting was provided.

Our cat coven walked around the neighborhood and check out the cats that are always in the windows. It's about gathering together in a large group of people and being together in the outdoors. There's something magical about taking a walk together as a group in the streets of the neighborhood. The cats were shy but the people were not. (I promise there are cats in the pictures below.)
